Susan’s Seeds to Success

“Every positive change in your life begins with a clear, unequivocal decision that you are going to either do something or stop doing something.“

Susan Stewart, Director

Susan has worked in management and leadership development roles for over 25 years. Her career includes international roles as HR Director with a project management and engineering company servicing the energy sector, and People Director to Insights Learning & Development. Dedicated and focused, Susan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Licensed Practitioner to Insights Learning & Development.

Throughout her life Susan has been curious and frustrated as to why women frequently seem to lack the confidence in their own ability and potential and it is her own personal mission to change this.

Susan's Story

Susan's own journey has not been without ups and downs and today she is absolutely feeling confident, vital and focused. Much of where she is today can be linked to finding Lisa, with whose help she has learned to take back control of her body. Susan believes that everything in her life to date has brought her to this point where she is living the life she dreamed and living her life on purpose - to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

Susan is married to Cliff and has two beautiful grown up daughters. She lives on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park with labradoodle, Angus.
